By submitting an order through this website, you are making an offer to acquire specific products at the prices displayed on this website. We retain the right to reject any purchase offer for any reason, including out-of-date or erroneous price, inability to supply goods, inaccurate freight calculations, or any other cause. We will make every effort to keep our information as correct as possible; nevertheless, if an issue arises, we will contact you and notify you of your alternatives. Kindly note that any submissions without payment within 48 hours will be automatically canceled.

Timeline for Delivery

Upon placing your order, our delivery service will typically confirm and deliver it within 24 to 48 hours in Amman, during delivery working hours from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Insurance and Packing

All purchased items are packed to the highest possible standard. During transit, all items are insured to cover damage or non-delivery. If you get damaged products, please contact us immediately to arrange for a refund, exchange, or replacement.

Delivery Fees

Delivery, packaging, and insurance charges are computed at the checkout stage of purchase based on the item(s), destination address, and method of delivery you select. These fees will be displayed to you. Proceed to the checkout area after picking your items for purchase and selecting your delivery options to be presented with your delivery charge amounts.

Clothes Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s how our return and exchange process works:
*Note: Items must be in their original condition as they were received.
*Note: New underwear cannot be returned after receipt.


Immediate Return (Within 15 Minutes of Delivery); Upon receiving your order, you can explicitly request the delivery representative to wait for up to 15 minutes to allow you to try on the clothes. This service is free of charge.


Return Within 24 Hours; If you wish to return an item within 24 hours of delivery, contact us at +962 7 7608 3864 to arrange a pickup. A delivery fee will apply.


Exchange Within 24 Hours; To exchange an item, place a new order for the desired items within 24 hours and inform us of your intention to exchange. You can return the original items to the delivery representative. The value of the returned items will be credited toward your new purchase.
