How do you measure your chest circumference?
To measure chest circumference, use a measuring tape and wrap it around the largest circumference of your chest, parallel to the floor, as in the following image:
How do you measure your waist circumference?
To measure your waist circumference, use a measuring tape and wrap it around your smallest waist circumference, parallel to the floor, as in the following image:
